This great-value hands and feet casting kit has a wider display area than the Classic version. It comes with a generous quantity of casting materials and your choice of frame, mount and paint colours.
New Design! Our computerised mount cutter now allows us to cut any colour back mount so it folds up the inside of the frame to form a one colour box liner (See image). They come with tape to hold the corners together in transit. This can be carefully removed so the mount liner lays flat for ease of sticking your casts and name-plate. They need to be carefully and neatly taped up again before inserting the liner back into the frame. The look is a huge improvement on the previous old foamboard fillets style and means cleaning the glass or photographing your casts without the glass in is a doddle. If you need to match to a previous child's frame, the old foamboard style is still available but £2 more in the 'Inside Edge Colour' drop down.

Our Contemporary frames are made from a single piece of softwood moulding and come in 5 modern wood colours. Due to their slim profile, they are perfectly suited to newborn casts (0-8m), flat hands of toddlers and older children, clay impressions and raised impressions. They do not have a front mount (like the Classic range) so give a full glass size display area and a modern look. They can be hung or placed landscape or portrait.
The frame has enough space to display 4 casts of a baby 0-6m, 2 slim casts of a toddler and 1 of an older child or adult.
The baby casting kit includes:
- Enough materials to make up to 7 hand or foot casts of a 0-6m baby, 4 of a toddler or 2-3 of an older child
- Step-by-step instructions with over 100 pictures written by a professional life caster with 20 years' experience
- A UK hand-made high quality box frame in a choice of colours
- Choice of precision-cut mount colours
- Silver, Gold, Bronze, Platinum, Pearl or White paint
- Mixing stick
- Paintbrush
- Cocktail sticks – to pick out bits of mould from the casts
- Glue – to stick the casts to the back mount
- Strong brass frame hanger or picture wire hanging set
N.B. You will need to provide the containers to make the moulds in. You can use spreadable butter pots or cut down milk cartons for feet and soup or larger yoghurt pots for hands - full instructions included with the kit.
Optionally add an Engraved Name-plate to your order to stick to the frame edge or to the back mount with your casts. They come in three different sizes with many colours and fonts to choose from. You just peel the strip off the back and stick it to your frame.

Please check your child's hands and feet fit the frame before purchasing - cut out a piece of paper to the aperture dimensions to see how they fit. Also check you have shaved them down enough to fit the depth of the frame.
